Step 4: View Properties
We will take a drive together and Inspect the property in detail. We have a tried and tested 15 point checklist we will review together as we see the properties.
Step 5: Making an Offer
Great, we found the property for you, now it’s time to put an offer that will cut through the competition while protecting your best interests.
Step 6: Accepting, Counter or Reject an Offer
The offer is accepted and now there is a window of time where we need to conduct and complete all conditions associated with the accepted agreement. Working timely and diligently is crucial to ensure future problems are avoided.
Step 7: Closing Procedures
Time to meet with your lawyers and sign the required paperwork. This includes title transfer, lender information, and transferring of utilities.
